It is always so weird to see a nurse's station that has no nurses at it. It seems that all the nurses in this ward are busy, including the one you were there to visit. Though... maybe you should not have come during her work hours....

However, there does seem to be a book on the desk -- no, not the one that records inpatients. There is another book next to it that has some guest notes and signatures in it for the nurses at the station. You can write in it with the varying pens provided in the small container.
